How Our Classes Work
We offer two class options: Single Classes, which are one-time classes, and Monthly Sessions, which provide a full month of weekly classes within a chosen program.
Whether your athlete is just starting out or pushing toward advanced goals, each class provides structured instruction, clear progression, and plenty of encouragement. Our class options allow athletes to focus on what matters most to their growth - whether it’s tumbling, stunts, flexibility, or overall performance.
