What is Open Gym?
Open Gym is dedicated practice time for athletes who want to sharpen their skills outside of regular classes. Whether you’re working on fundamentals, stunting or advanced tumbling, Open Gym provides gym access with staff supervision to ensure safe and effective training. It’s the ideal way to focus on progression, build consistency, and take your tumbling or stuntung to the next level.
How Open Gym Works
In each Open Gym session, athletes can practice the skills they’re currently developing while coaches are available to spot, offer corrections, and introduce drills to support growth. Open Gym sessions are open to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Sessions are self-guided and give athletes the freedom to practice at their own pace.

Booking Open Gym
Book Open Gym easily using the calendar below, or give us a call to schedule. Open Gym is $10.00 for a 1-hour session. Rules and requirements can be found within the booking descriptions.
